New Installation Support
Within 30 days after new installation of website or software application, we will provide limited free on-site support, limited free telephone support and unlimited support using our technical support forums. The specifics of limited on-site and telephone support are defined in the contract you entered into with Next Generation Solutions, Ltd.
Maintenance Support Plans

Pay Per Incident Support
At any time following the New Installation Support period, you may call us for telephone support or to arrange on-site support session. There's a 1 hour minimum charge and the hourly rate is defined in the contract you entered into with Next Generation Solutions, Ltd.
We provide access to technical support forums at http://support.ngsltd.com for all of our customers. These forums contain a wealth of information about using our products. Many of our experienced customers contribute answers to some of the questions posted. Also, our technical support staff monitors the posts but responses are posted at our discretion.
